A unique (Vice President / Senior Manager) IT Audit opportunity has arisen within one of Real Global Markets' key banking clients. This London / North West based, global banking group are strengthening the level of experience and expertise within their Corporate Real Estate Services IT Audit team.Not only have our client been the leading light in Audit, Risk and Control for the last 10 years but their operations have gone form strength to strength to withstand the effect of on going banking crisis. This has seen them consistently increase the investment across corporate governance risk; empowering audit, risk and compliance, its employees career progression / skill sets and in turn their clients effectiveness / efficiency.
This audit team's primary focus is Corporate Real Estate and Security, Business Continuity Management Location Strategy and Global Sourcing Supplier Management and Travel.
Key skills in being able to operate at a Vice President is a solid background in Business Continuity Planning / Management, Resilience Security, Service Management and Strategic Planning with an ability to identify the mitigate the key risks in this space.
Essential to the role holders skill set is the ability to provide strategic advisory services, maintain comprehensive and effective stakeholder management skills, a track record of consistent influencing capabilities and the ability to identify security / cost effective lapses in the current organisational structure and company owned Real Estate portfolio.
This is an extremely specific and altogether different type of IT auditing position within a bank and will provide the successful candidate with unrivalled exposure across not product aligned stakeholders and business areas within a (IT auditing) financial services environment.
As would be expected in such a broad and important hire; an excellent competitive remuneration package up to around(£90k on the base) is on offer with a true commitment to investment in the career and skills progression of the successful candidate.
