Description
SQL Server DBA - Hull - £40,000 - £50,000Sql Server DBA needed for a role based in Hull.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years SQL server DBA experience. With a minimum of 2 years as a Production DBA.
Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery options for SQL server
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
Experience in performance tuning and optimisation, using standard monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of indexes, index management and statistics
Working knowledge of SSIS/SSAS.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a larger team
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
