Description
Role:
This company are a small team with a lot of working coming up in their technical department. The culture is entrepenurial and their business has had some very strong gorwth over the past two years. This development contract role will span at least 3 months and will be working across 3 major websites which have various development plans for each. One is an enterprise site with a lot of traffic so experience working with these types of websites is beneficial.
This company have previously used an agency for most of their development work but currently require the skills of an in-house developer to assist the team in the development of these sites and some additional project work. This candidate will need to have strong Drupal 7 and PHP experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the development of 3 major sites
- Be the Drupal expert in explaining designs and development to the rest of the team
- Dealing with external agency and consulting with them on development work
- Offer advice and expertise on how to best develop different parts of the site
- Manage the content management systems from an in house perspective
- Drupal custom module development and themeing

Working knowledge of GIT workflows and practises are useful.
BEHAT TDD knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
