SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Duration: 6 month contract (W2)

Client: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform targeted patient account audits, data collection and analysis, and prepare summaries
- Perform Batch QA process to ensure batch accuracy and facilitate month-end SOX reporting
- Support department supervisors to coordinate staff accountability Matrix and learning action plan
- Assist management team with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues
- Provide assistance with file reconciliations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years' healthcare experience in a financial operations role, preferably in PFS or revenue cycle
- Working knowledge of patient accounting systems, preferably EPIC
- Experience with payment posting, collections or billing
- Working knowledge of patient accounting/patient financial services/revenue cycle
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to summarize and communicate findings to management team
- Ability to document workflows and assist with process improvement efforts
