Social Advertising Specialist (Facebook):
We are seeking an effective Facebook paid ad specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for the management and optimization of our campaigns on Facebook. The person we seek will expand our Facebook lead generation campaigns, as well as track, analyze, and optimize Lead Gen campaigns across Facebook. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale Facebook ads and social media campaigns, as well as exhibit clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
Role Description:
Create and scale innovative Facebook Advertising programs across mobile and desktop to support Lead Generation for Legal
Design structured campaign tests, define success criteria, and analyze results
Optimize all Facebook Advertising campaigns using levers including customer targeting, content, creative and bid optimization
Deliver against project plans and deliverables on time and on budget
Track, measure and report on channel results
Ongoing optimization of the current Facebook campaigns in accordance with predefined rules
Collect and analyze data related to Facebook campaigns. Assist in identifying appropriate Facebook opportunities for specific business needs, and tailor campaigns to the target audience.
Track performance of various Facebook campaigns and develops/implement changes to improve business results.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices. Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of social media experience of which at least 1 year in Facebook ads.
3+ years of experience with progressively larger scope of responsibilities
Works well independently on assigned tasks, as well as team at large
Familiar with Facebook ads standard concepts, best practices, and procedures
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
