We are looking for a contract based Application Helpdesk/Trainer candidate with an excellent understanding of training and user support within a telecoms environment and be able to deal with all levels of users and excellent verbal and written skills with a strong passion for training and supporting users. This is a full time position for a 12 months project (extension possible). Position offers broad variety of activities, self-dependant work environment and international contacts.

Candidate will work in Reading office and support our project specific web based application as well as give initial and update trainings (sometimes off site). Additional responsibility is to record, track and quality-test application change requests and issue written user update information. Part of the role will be to support users in creating individual data reports out of our web application, which requires some analytical skills.

Essential skills:
.Helpdesk/IT technical support background (minimum 24 months)
.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Access (SQL programming experience desirable)
.Problem solving abilities
.Proven customer service skills
.Experience in all stages of training life cycle
.Experience in delivering training both classroom and remote
.Excellent communication skills
.Structured and organised way of working
