Description
Process Assurance Manager required by major Solution provider to work on large Telco projects in the Netherlands
Required Experience:
* 8-10 years
Skills/technologies required:
* Experienced in defining Quality Assurance Processes including KPIs, SLAs
* Should understand Project Management concepts - preferably Prince2 concepts
* Knowledge of the best practices from CMMI, ITIL, ISO is an added advantage
Experience of different project delivery life cycles- Waterfall, Agile
* Auditing Experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Very good written & oral communication
Role & Responsibilities:
* Review Project's Quality Assurance processes in line with customer expectations
* Responsible for defining Performance KPI & SLA
* Responsible for defining Measurement mechanism and reporting
* Schedule & Conduct Process Audits. Audit Quality Gate adherence
* Dashboard reporting to senior management on Process/Quality Compliance
* Should flag project health status with respect to Quality & Process adherence thus ensuring "early warning"
