Candidate Sourcing Advisor
Our Corporate client urgently requires a Candidate Sourcing Advisor to focus on direct sourcing for finance and communications.
The Candidate Sourcing Advisor will be accountable for direct sourcing of candidates whilst proactively creating pools of candidates
The skills and experience required of the Candidate Sourcing Advisor are as follows:
- Evident experience of candidate attraction methods and sourcing strategies.
* Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience meeting challenging deadlines in a senior/specialist oriented resourcing environment.
* Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers to improve resourcing delivery.
