Description
We are currently searching for a Software Project Manager with strong BSS/VAS Experience.
Project management
Manage professional service related Pre-sale activities: implementation proposal, project schedule, resource budget, etc;
Act as the Client's central contact point on site for project matter;
Manage Clients project teams to deliver project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard
Customer care
Reach customer satisfaction according to contract & commitments
Understanding of customer issues (delay of availability of information customer...), and involve them in budget, planning and resources management
Communication
Communicate to the customer the organization of the project, the planning and the advance of the activities
Increase customer satisfaction and confidence
Interface with partnership for project status and ensure clear communication within Clients and partners
Team building
Assist to build up the cross-country project management team;
Experience accumulating and sharing.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years experience in telecommunications with 5+ years project management experience
Familiar with mobile communication, BSS, telecom VAS, etc. Deep knowledge and understanding with telecom BSS and VAS solution.
Overseas working experience is prior and prefer.
Be good at French & English spoken, reading and written.
