Visual Design Consultant

Description

Chaotic Moon is a creative technology studio focused on User Centric Designed Custom Software in a variety of verticals including automotive, healthcare, energy, consumer, retail, software, technology, and finance. We currently have a 2 month contract with the chance of conversion or extension, for a Visual Design consultant. This person must have digital project experience, strong UX knowledge, be able to start immediately at our downtown location in Austin, TX. 

Ideal portfolio: 

• strong web and mobile work
• at least 2 app designs
• preference for experience with content-heavy or media-centric applications

Skills:

• Take part in brainstorming and concepts at the start of a project.
• Aide in the creative tone and direction of project.
• Carry an established creative direction through to all necessary layouts and screen designs.
• Aid in the development of project wireframes and storyboarding, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Responsible for the creation of all creative assets and resources of a project.
• Preferred 3 or more years of relevant human factors engineering and designing experience for complex, data-driven web, and mobile applications
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
