Your tasks:
- Operating webcast recordings
- Documenting incidents related to meeting services by using a ticketing system
- Gathering customer requirements
- Providing consulting & training in the area of webcast and broadcast
- Supporting global executives professionally and with the upmost confidentiality
Your qualifications
- Previous experience in operating webcast recordings and working in event planning
- Previous experience in audio & video technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English with proven ability to interact across cultures
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Flexible to work early and late hours even on short notice
- Ability to work in a team
