Your tasks:
- Design Data Engineer, primarily tasks of tooling implementation
- Execution of design data tasks and methodologies working with multiple designer teams
- Storage management
- Document management
- Change control
Your qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UNIX programming languages and scripting, including Shell programming (Bash, Tcl) and Perl
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system, commands and environment
- Knowledge of revision control systems/tools for hardware development (Design Sync and Subversion are important)
- Knowledge of hardware IC development, design flows and digital/analog/mixed signal design project development is very nice to have
- If the person is not familiar with Design Sync, Subversion or hardware IC development, we are looking for a VERY fast learner
- Languages: English (must) and German (nice to have)
- Ability to work on multi-site environments and communicate with stakeholders in multiple countries and sites
- More focus on technical execution rather than management or project leading, but with leadership skill and initiative
- Experience in Configuration Management environment, methodologies, tools and processes implementation for development projects (nice to have)
