This an opportunity for an Operations Manager to be responsible for a large team with a multimillion pound budget and clear career progression.
The Key Requirements for Operations Manager:
- Needs to be Process Centric and Analytical with experience of Transformation.
- Experience of working with a Regulated environment i.e FCA
- Experience of leading within a Call Centre environment, managing KPI's, absences, Process Improvement and innovating to improve customer service whilst growing customer base.
This opportunity for an Operations Manager is based in Staines, offering between £50,000 - £70,000 per year.
