Experienced Senior / Associate Sales Team Manager - Computer Futures Manchester - IT Contract

Annual Salary £27-34k dependant upon experience

Uncapped commission and no threshold

Computer Futures part of the SThree group is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Associate Sales Team Manager for IT Contracts. Specifically looking at the IT Sector you will be responsible for your own billing whilst driving activity of 5 Consultants with a view to grow their book and grow the two technical pods. You will be supported by a senior consultant, who you will not be expected to manage, however the expectation for you is to take that team to 10+ Trainee / Recruitment Consultants in 2015 for potential for you to become a Senior Sales Team Manager / Business Manager in the near future.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2.5 - 3 year's recruitment experience in IT, with a proven track record of billing ideally with new business, and you will be able to prove your successes and achievements.
