Description

The ideal candidate will support the operations manager in the operational management of the service within London.

The key responsibilities for this assignment include:
  • Managing administrative and support teams within the service
  • Delivering training requirements for all staff within the teams.
  • Leading the performance management systems ensuring that the trust standards are understood.
  • Responsible to the operations manager for financial performance relating to delivering budgets and performance.
  • Support the infrastructure which measures performance within the service including RTT reports, waiting lists, discharge summary completion and length of stay.
  • Ensure all activity is accurately and full coded thereby ensuring income is maximised and outpatient treatment status recorded for RTT measurement.


To be considered for this post you MUST have previous NHS ACUTE experience with expert knowledge of 18 weeks and RTT targets.
