Green Park is partnering a Financial Services organisation who are looking for an Interim Business Relationship Manager for a period of 6 months.
The Interim Assignment
The Interim Business Relationship Manager role will involve managing all client relationships to ensure that a first class out sourced Administration Service is delivered.
The Interim Manager
The successful Interim Business Relationship Manager must be able to display:
Being a strategic thinker with the business acumen to develop opportunities to deliver revenue opportunities to the business
An analytical approach and focus on results delivery with the ability to produce clear and concise proposal/recommendations to Senior Management using a variety of media
A proven track record of managing critical client relationships in an outsourced environment
At least 5 years of successful stakeholder management experience
Recent experience in the mortgage industry and an understanding of market conditions/drivers
Ability to understand and articulate the commercial impacts of proposed changes and initiatives
Strong influencing & negotiation skills
Working knowledge of Mortgage Operational processes and key business performance matrices
Knowledge of the economic and regulatory environment and understanding of the current issues facing UK financial markets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to resolve cross functional issues
Demonstrated experience implementing and documenting policy and procedures
Experience in financial services and in a similar business relationship manager will be looked upon favourably with this role.
