The Company
Our client is an international leader in telecom, providing ICT solutions to more than 90% of the world's top operators and deploying their services and products in more than 100 countries.
They are offering a challenging position and the opportunity to be part of the most cutting edge technology advances in the telecom industry, in one of their Research and Development Centre.
The Role
The company is looking for someone experienced in RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing. The company is exploring the leading technology in rapid RF parameter optimization, to promote network performance and reduce network O&M costs. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Guiding the trends of automatic RF planning and optimization
-RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity
-High performance coverage prediction algorithm designing
The individual
-MSc or higher degree in software architecture, computer science or related subjects
-R&D working experience in Wireless Network Planning and Optimization/Network Planning and Optimization tools Design
-Knowledge of algorithm design of network planning, simulation, coverage predication, etc.
-Experience in C/C++ OR Matlab OR Java OR C# etc.
-Fluent in English and willingness to travel
