A new and exciting Senior Change Manager requirement has just arisen within a key Client based in Newcastle. Focussed on providing the customer a better deal and great customer experience, our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to come in and join a key General Insurance Programme.

In order to be successful in this role & requirement, candidates require the following knowledge & experience:

* Previous experience working as a Senior Change Manager with a solid blend of Project Management & Business Analysis skills
* Excellent knowledge of large Business Change/Business Transformation projects/programmes
* A proven background in the Financial Services sector with strong knowledge around typical systems, processes and regulations
* A strong Customer focus with some knowledge & exposure to the customer journey and multi-channel offerings
* 1st class communication, organisational and Stakeholder Management skills
