Description
I am looking for a field service engineer to work on a 6 month contract to be based in the North WestThe field service engineer must have a wealth of experience in pumps eg Stripping or inspecting.
The role will entail
- For the running of the department, financial planning, work/mapower assignment and documentation.
- Quotations and costing
- Budget control. CAPEX and Operational
- Liaison with customers and other business units within the company group concerning all matters from LTSA to new equipment contracts.
- Warranty management and customer disputes.
- Equipment and manpower sourcing.
- On site trouble shooting when needed and RCA analysis and reporting.
- Set up of department documentation, policy, process, training, health and safety, and reports.
