FinXL IT Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services. As the 'go-to' mid-tier Service Provide for many Australian and International clients. We have an immediate requirement to join FinXL and provide Finance & Contract Administration Services to our large Sydney based client.

Deliverables:

  • Implement and execute process improvements in relation to the administration of contracts including IT and Telecommunications
  • Manage financial and budget processes
  • Administer timely payment of invoices
  • Manage and administer contract registries and ensure document management procedures are followed and complied with
  • Participate in contract assessments for a range of IT and Telecommunications contracts.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and administer contract management processes across a defined scope of IT contracts and vendors
  • Well eveloped technical skills including: Microsoft Office tools, SAP and other supporting systems for financial, procurement and record management
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret invoices for goods and services
  • Proven ability to deal with Project Managers to achieve budget cash flow outcomes
  • Proven customer centric approach to contract management and providing support and contract advice to internal customers
