A leading Lloyd's syndicate is currently looking for an experienced Exposure Management/Catastrophe modelling candidate to oversea their busy Exposure management team while the manager is away on maternity leave. A high profile role that requires an organised and knowledgeable candidate.Duties and responsibilities are many and effective communication skills are essential as there will be extensive liaison and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Duties include the Monthly monitoring and reporting of exposure accumulations, modelled loss results and company performance against plans. Assisting in the development of recommendations concerning company loss retention limits, capacity allocations & reporting tools. Also assessing and reporting on potential impacts of model updates and calibrations. Ensuring data quality standards through auditing and accurate exposure capture processes. Assisting with regulatory reporting. Management and training of cat modelling team across several locations.
