Are you a professional HR interim looking for a short term piece of exciting work to start week commencing 27th October?

I currently have a requirement for an interim HR Consultant to support 2 projects within a high profile company. Your deliverables will be to create an implementation and communications plan for a new overtime policy. You then then be required to understand the activity within the business by speaking to various managers and collate this this information for HR to manage workforce plans and pressures connected to seasonal peaks.

A strong HR generalist background is essential along with excellent employment law knowledge, a flexible attitude and a can do/energetic approach. You will have worked in a HR project capacity before and understand the need to hit deadlines and timeframes to ensure the work is completed by the end of October.

The assignment is a short 2 week piece of work with clear deliverables (days and hours are flexible including remote working)
