for a Senior Business Consultant CPO (f/m)
Project environment
A Swiss Bank. Central Project Office (CPO) is a newly formed organizational unit within the COO area with the vision to become the independent global centre of excellence for all project management, business analysis, -consulting & business product management whilst ensuring that our customers’ project governance is adhered to via an overarching project portfolio management.
Tasks
For the implementation of the CPO strategy, our customer is looking for an external Business Consultant which supports the CPO management team in the following matters:
• Definition and implementation of overall collaboration model and overall project governance (from demand to delivery).
• Definition and implementation of portfolio management.
• Definition and implementation of budgeting and project charging model.
• Improvement and establishment of business consulting services.
• Optimization of external hiring process and external staff management.
• Different tasks like communication, change management etc.
Requirements
• University/FH/Master degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in banking / financial industry, therefore at least 5 years of experience on higher management level (i.e. line manager or consultant).
• High capability to present complex topics adequate for the needs of senior management, experience in preparing presentations on that level (powerpoint).
• Excellent knowhow and experience in implementation of strategies in at least two of the following knowledge areas: collaboration models, project portfolio management or project governance.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Know-how and experience in project management and PMO matters (preferable).
• Know-how and experience in business analysis and consulting (preferable).

• Engaged, assertive and communicative character with high interpersonal skills.
Workload: 80-100 %
Start Date: 1st November 2014
Duration: 31st of January 2015 (option for prolongation up to 6 months)
