Description
I am currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager to assist in the migration away from Rio to SystmOne for our NHS client in the South of England. The contract is an initial 6 months, however the project is expected to last much longer.Experience:
- Significant demonstrable experience of business analysis and requirements definition of new systems and/or services to health organisations.
- A strong background in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to drive out system requirements. Experience of implementing a clinical system deployment, including SystmOne in a Community setting.
- Proven experience and technical understanding of the theory and practice of the following:
- - collation and articulation of requirements information from a variety of sources, e.g. via interviews, workshop and published material
- - the NHS and how it exchanges information from one part of the service to another (out of hours, NHS Direct, A&E, GP's, appointments, secondary care providers and data repositories)
- Business modelling
- Prince2
