Initial 5 month contract in Brisbane, Australia for a Maximo Solutions Architect
Day rate to $1400 AUD depending on experience - Oil and Gas Sector
Architect is to guide and support the design, delivery and operation of an integrated maintenance management portfolio. The role brings expertise in the Maintenance Management business domain including work management, materials management, planning and scheduling and associated enterprise class technologies such as IBM Maximo, SAP, Meridium APM, Oracle Primavera P6, to the Global IT Project & Programme Delivery Team.
Candidates should have the following experience:
History as a strong business analyst and/or architecting IT solutions and/or IT technical design
Expert level of experience in ensuring business analysis services are successfully delivered in a corporate setting ideally covering all aspects of project life cycle from concept to execution and operation
Experience in the definition and delivery of the maintenance management solutions in the Oil and Gas industry
Experience delivering technology and solutions into an operational environment and supporting technology solutions
Strong experience of an Enterprise Asset Management System with a strong preference for IBM Maximo experience; experience of related technologies such as Oracle Primavera P6, Meridium, Document/Engineering Data Management systems and SAP Business Objects is desired
Knowledge required:
Candidates should be educated to degree, or equivalent, level in a relevant subject and possess:
Strong understanding of key process and technologies relevant to the maintenance domain and other architecture domains as required, both in depth across the breadth of their domain and the skills to evaluate new technology
General understanding of business processes in upstream and midstream Oil and Gas production operations environments, including automation systems integration, maintenance systems, facility operations systems and particularly maintenance management systems
Understanding of industry best practice for solutions within the domain
Professional knowledge in Solution Architecture, supported by professional accreditation (ideally TOGAF) is preferred
