Organizational Change Manager/Senior Change Manager

Organizational Change
*Ensure all key stakeholders are identified
*Lead assessments of the organizational impacts and changes due to SAP deployments
*Conduct organizational change readiness assessments
*Develop Change Management strategy and plan; set up process to manage implementation of change plan
*Provide expertise in role assignment; educate team and stakeholders on role topics
*Assist in value creation identification and measurement

*Ensure end user training campaign is well organized and executed
*Coordinate the localization and storage of training materials
*Manage the training plan and ensure assessments are completed
*Enhance post go-live training strategies
*Assess and recommend methods to increase project team competencies

*Assist in developing effective and efficient communications to all stakeholders of the project
*Interact on a regular and planned manner with the authorizing sponsor(s) and reinforcing sponsors
*Assist project manager in reporting progress and key performance indicators
*Develop marketing plan for deployment and training

Preferable Skills
*Understand and articulate the key change factors in SAP deployments (how organizations change, role assignments, adherence to new rules, process and transactions, strong reinforcing sponsorship model, etc.)
*Interact and collaborate with all domains in the project and with the sites/functions where they are deploying
*Be willing to work extra hours at key times of the project to ensure deliverables of major milestones
*Work across multiple time zones (including early morning/late evening conference calls)
*Have the ability for frequent travel to project sites within North America
