Description
Our client is looking for a Senior HR Process Manager for an upcoming (ERP/SAP Program). It is essential that this person has strong knowledge of both HR and SAP.
The consultant will need to have the following experience in order to be considered for this role:
- Knowledge and experience of implementing ERP/SAP recruitment applications and modules (SAP/Success Factors preference)
- Experience of working in a large, complex ERP/SAP program, adherence to program governance and reporting
- Experience with business requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping and methodology
- Successful track record in implementing large scale projects with experience within either of the following sectors/industries; Human Resources, Health Sector, FM/Property
- 7-10 years work experience in a large organisation, in HR related roles
Training & Knowledge:
Ideally Prince 2 Practitioner or similar project management qualification (optional)
