The project manager should be able create the project plan and define the dependencies and the critical path.
Essential Experience:
- 1-3 Years Change Management
- 1-3 Years CRM
- 1-3 Years Project Management
Required Skills:
- CRM solution selection
- CRM implementation and what is critical to gain the CRM benefits
- Capability to understand and utilise the benefits of the standard solutions
- CRM processes
- Change management and end user adoption.
- Ability to work in changing and challenging environment and awareness of SAFe framework
- Ability to handle different needs and requirements (functional/technical) to consolidate a common view
The project manager should have an understanding about the importance of enterprise architecture and how it affects the whole development roadmap, that CRM is only one part of it.
