I have a great opportunity for 2Learning and Development advisors to work for a national HR consultancy. They are currently working on a Transformation project for a renowned company with a national and global presence in the North of London.Initially working on a short term basis, my client is seeking to appoint experienced L & D Advisors for a period of 6 - 12 weeks. The organisation have gone through a huge change which has included a number of Employees being TUPE'd to a new organisation and some at risk of redundancy. Therefore, the current workforce To be considered for this post you will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Recent L&D experience
-Commercial and / or Public Sector experience
-Ability to "roll your sleeves up" and "get stuck in"
-Knowledge of supporting Re-organisations / Redundancies / TUPE
-Experience of one to one and classroom Employee development
