Senior Business Analyst Customer Relationship Management - Our client s looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a long term project in Zurich.For our Application Management Credit & Risk team we are looking for an experienced Avaloq specialist to strengthen our team on daily operations such as incident management, development of changes and bug fixes
Tasks:
-
Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of CRM, especially the regulatory driven advisory process for Asia -
Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services -
Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments -
Stakeholder management including business & technical end user consulting -
Service management: Post Go Live 3rd level support -
Change management: Support specific projects within set terms of reference and defined processes providing conclusions and recommendations as required
Skills:
-
Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers -
Fluent English written and spoken -
Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications -
Avaloq certification -
PL/SQL skills -
Project management -
University degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering -
Experience in business analysis, consulting -
Proven experience of operating in a technical/IT environment with at least 5 years in application design and engineering and 3 years in project/program management -
At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in CRM area (Business Know How) -
At least 3-5 years of Avaloq experience -
Experience in the relationship management in the Asia market as well as in the Client's Advice process -
Education in banking (preferred) -
Oracle database know-how (preferred) -
German written and spoken (preferred)
