Project Manager IT Service Management
Tasks and Deliverables by the Consultant
The main tasks of the future Project manager IT Service Management within the ICT Infrastructure team will be:
- To sustain the development/maintenance of the ICT Service Catalogue;
- To develop and agree internal as well external Service Level Agreements;
- to manage the development of the IT service management methodology ITIL;
- Update information in the service desk systems and adjust processes in the service desk tool
- to manage the portfolio of ICT-I related service management projects;
- To ensure compliance with CMMI standards.
The expected main deliverables are:
- An updated ICT Service Catalogue;
- Iinternal/external Service Level Agreements;
- Improved ITIL processes;
- Improved CMMI processes;
- Implementation of new ITIL processes.

In the customer interest, and as agreed with the contractor, the consultant might be reassigned to other projects as necessary within the same field of work.
