Incite BI have partnered with a leading online Betting and Gaming Business to aid in the appointment of an Interim CRM Consultant/Head of Retention.

This is a position within the Bingo department of the organization. You will have accountability for defining and building the retention plans, establishing the relevant KPI's, CRM and operations related responsibilities.

The ideal person we are looking for will have strong domain knowledge; working with online Bingo clients/projects and exposure here with CRM, segmentation & product development. This experience will have been gained at one of the leading online bingo companies.

You will have Industry leading CRM expertise and a demonstrable experience in creating retention strategies and driving KPI's

Skills and Experience:

  • Retention Expert from the top operators in Bingo.
  • CRM Knowledge - must be the best in the business
  • Experience as Head of CRM or Head of Bingo - Ideal, doesn't have to be though.
  • Must have product knowledge
  • Need to have worked with bingo

Person:

  • Vibrant personality
  • Start up mentality
  • Deals with stressful situations well
  • Hungry to succeed

MGMT style:

  • For CRM team it will need to be nurturing
  • For the product team - it will need to be Targets
  • Comfortable putting in place Structure, Process, Segmentation + Plan
