Change Manager - Investment Accounting + Investment Operations - Bristol
£450 - £500 per Day
My client is currently seeking a change manager to be responsible for the quality, timely execution and delivery of Investment Accounting & Investment Operations change.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years change delivery experience, within life and pensions.
- In depth knowledge of Investment Accounting & Investment Operations systems, processes and controls, including box management, Life and Pensions unit pricing, OEIC pricing
- Good experience of hands on change management in the Investment Accounting & Investment Operations area
- Good knowledge of middle/Back Office Investment Operations processes
- In depth knowledge of accounting regulations governing the disclosure of financial information relating to Life, Pension and OEIC funds
- Excellent communicating, negotiating and influencing skills with the resilience and ability to influence to Executive level
- Strong business and leadership skills with extensive knowledge of the financial services market.
- Detailed knowledge of Life, Pension and OEIC business and administration
- Detailed knowledge of global custody and fund management
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing the disclosure of financial information and processes relating to Life, Pension and OEIC funds
- Proven track record in a Investment/Fund Accounting environment
