Senior Human Resources Business Partner
My large corporate client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team to support the senior leadership team to plan and meet the people needs of the business in order to improve business performance.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will report into the Lead HRBP and will build strong relationships business leader and other relevant stakeholders.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience of managing best practise HR solutions
- CIPD certified
- Experience of managing complex change programmes such as TUPE, organisation redesign and redundancy programmes.
- An understanding of project management principles
- Experience of working within a unionised environment
