Position: ServiceNow Consultant

Duration: 6 months

Location: Spain, Madrid

Key Skills :

  • 5-7 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of ITSM solution on ServiceNow/BMC Remedy platform in medium to large organization.
  • Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
  • Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area, 1 complete Implementation life cycle for ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow custom application design and development experience
  • Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
  • Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
  • Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
  • Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
  • Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
  • Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
