Description
As a Technical Expert your role will be to interpret network designs from the solution design teams and effectively implement associated hardware/infrastructure.
You will ideally have experience with:
- F5 Load Balances
- Switches
- And Unified Communications across Voice and Data Networks.
Other Key Capabilities include:
- Understanding, translating and implementing technical documentation
- Integrating solutions with Customer systems
- Deliver and/or develop technical training, updates & or briefings to staff to ensure understanding of process & procedures
- Prepare process documentation to describe how networks, infrastructure, products and services operate
- Perform or participate in complex, specialised technical implementations and investigations to determine/confirm system and design standards and performance parameters for the networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by the organisation.
- Provide complex technical advice, recommendations and customer consultancy on networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by the organisation.
