iOS Developer

JayBird is one of the fastest growing private companies in the world, ranked in the Inc 500 three times running, and the third top premium headphone brand in the US. We are looking for an iOS developer to join our innovative product development team in a full time capacity.

Responsibilities
You will write code for native iOS apps as well as debug and enhance existing applications of market leading consumer wearables for JayBird. We believe in small teams of highly capable individuals who pull together to make a difference in the world of product development. The role is required to deliver across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.

You can be based remotely in the US or Australia, so will be required to be a good time manager, self motivated, have flexible hours to participate in cross-timezone team meetings, and be comfortable working with a small team.

Skills and Competencies

You will need skills and experience in:

iOS Development - published examples in the App store

More than 2 years experience

Custom controls built in code as well as modern storyboard based development

Managing large volumes of data

Network communications, Cloud storage, REST APIs

Implementation of algorithms and data structure fundamentals

Git source control

Experience complying with continuous integration systems is desirable

Integrating Bluetooth LE is desirable

Computer science or engineering qualification is desirable

Knowledge of languages beyond ObjectiveC is desirable
