I'm currently recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor to join a national HR consultancy for the Northern Region of the UK. This company is contracted to a client going through a large TUPE project and requires individuals to support employees through the change. This particular project has been publicised through the media and the experience will be attractive to future employers. This position will be extremely demanding and require you to work longer hours and to travel throughout the region daily.- Recent HR experience
- Commercial/ Local government experience
- Understanding employee relations
- Knowledge of supporting re-organisations/ redundancies/ TUPE
- Hands on experience with grievances and disciplinaries
- Experience with providing advice and offering support
