Our client is a Swiss Private Bank with international approach located in Zurich and has been through an amazing growth the last years. This sophisticated company offers a very professional and compliant environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an experienced team.We are looking for a contractor/consultant with strong expertise in FX systems, specifically Murex, who is able to work independently as well as team oriented. The ideal candidate must bring a lot of energy and also be able to take on ad hoc tasks that arise from a changing environment.
Tasks:
- Set-up and configuration of Systems (Linux Redhat Servers, Windows Clients, Grid Infrastructure)
- Connectivity to Oracle Databases in close collaboration with a Database Support Team
- Maintenance of Murex infrastructure - troubleshooting environment problems and reviewing performance issues.
- Assist programme team in the implementation of new FX and other products
- Configuration and maintenance of external interfaces and Murex 3.1
- Support, modification and maintenance of batch processes to ensure effective and timely output of key business deliverables
Requirements:
- Experience with FX-platforms (Fenics, Frontarena, Murex)
- Profound Foreign Exchange business knowledge
Technical Skills in:
- UNIX
- SQL
- PERL
- JAVA
- Fluent in English & German (written and spoken)
