Description
Cassandra/Java Developer
Working for a rapidly growing MNC Client in Singapore. As an individual technical contributor in the Big Data platform team, you will play a major role in developing Big Data solution and implement various data services based on Hadoop/MapReduce/Hive and NoSql Database etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 2+ years of experience in Big Data application development
- Strong foundational knowledge and experience with a range of big data components such as HDFS,MapReduce,Oozie, Pig, Hive, Zookeeper, Sqoop and Flume
- Excellent knowledge of NoSQL platforms Cassandra and Neo4j .
- Knowledge and application of full text search engine library like Apache Lucene.
- Proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools, languages, or libraries (eg R, Mahout) is added Advantage
- Nice to have experience in Javascript & Angular Js
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
