Finite Canberra have a client that is seeking to engage an experienced E-learning Developer to provide an eLearning development and design with EDRMS/records experience to analyse and improve EDRMS training material and develop EDRMS elearning modules for upload to client HR system.
This is a contract role to start ASAP for 10 months contract with a 12 month extension option
In this role you will be required to:
- Provide strategic advice to the Director Corporate Records Section on Recordkeeping and EDRMS training requirements to maximise the delivery of and development of elearning product and potential future features and directions;
- Analyse, develop and update EDRMS TRIM 7.2 trainer and user courseware material to be consistent with records management practices of the department;
- Plan, develop and build EDRMS TRIM 7.2 eLearning course modules ensuring WCAG compliance for anyone, including people with any disability, to access, interpret and interact with the elearning content;
- Provide E-learning courseware developer skills and experience; including Adobe Captivate product skills and experience is essential;
- Plan, develop and build EDRMS TRIM 7.2 eLearning course modules ensuring technical compliance with uploading software into the HR system;
- Assist in developing training and elearning modules for EDRMS Helpdesk staff based on analysis of common user issues/tasks using your EDRMS experience and knowledge of the TRIM system.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Essential TRIM 7.2 software knowledge and experience in using the system
- Peoplesoft Enterprise Learning Module skills
- Web development: HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
- Multimedia skills: audio and video editing capabilities
