Human Resource Business Partner needed to join a global blue chip company based in London. The successful candidate will be a qualified, experienced HR professional with a solid background in business partnering at senior level, together with working within an integrated HR model. You must have previous experience working within a global commercial business, with proven ability to operate collaboratively in a Matrix organisation, leveraging relationships effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
* To grow revenue by creating strategy and operational initiates to solve client problems
* To collaborate with senior stakeholders and meet with senior clients on a monthly basis
* To understand business objectives
* To act as a creative strategic business partner
* To deliver and outsource programmes
The Successful candidate will have:
* Experience of working within a consulting or professional services environment
* CIPD Qulified
* Strong engagement experience
* Project planning skills
* Relationship Building, influencing people and driving change in a client-side environment;
* Presentation skills, ability to present complex concepts and systems
* Analytical skills to create hypothesis and develop solutions and critique for the client to consider
