Are you a SCOM Administrator wanting to work in a warmer location this winter?!

We are looking for one SCOM Administrator to join an existing team of IT professionals at the Spanish office of an international IT support business. As SCOM Administrator you will participate in the administration and operation of automation and monitoring infrastructure. This is an English speaking role.

Your Responsibilities:

. Administering the SCOM infrastructure, ensuring that it is stable, up to date, well designed, properly tuned and properly maintained
. Extending the current infrastructure and/or implementing a new infrastructure
. Supporting SCOM migration project
. Supporting SCOM users
. Improving and develop Management Packs
. Creating relevant statistics for both SCOM team and SCOM user services
. Performing required tasks in maintenance windows
. Providing stand by or our of hours support services if required

Experience & Skills Required:

. At least 2 years knowledge of Systems Centre Operations Manager (SCOM) including installation, maintenance and operations
. SCOM 2012
. Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems
. Knowledge of SQL, Sharepoint, Exchange and network devices.
. Good knowledge of Management Pack development
. Experience in creating and maintaining Distributed Applications
. Good knowledge of Scripting in XML and PowerShell
. Proficient in English (verbal and written)
. Spanish could be helpful, due to the location
. Shell, Perl Scripting knowledge would be an added bonus
