Description
Beacon Hill Technologies is currently searching for an experienced Cisco UCCX Engineer (CIsco Contact Center Express) for our client located in Canton, OH. This position will be a 2 month contract and has the potential to extend into 2015.
Experience:
- 3 years experience with UCCX. Must have experience Scripting call flows and troubleshooting issues.
- Cisco certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with business process owners to develop enhancements to the system.
