Description

Operational Project Manager with 10 years of IT experience, (4 years as Operations Management in services and applications environment). Leads a technical support team for smooth operations and provide guidance within Middleware and portal. Creates processes that ensure quality support of off-line responsibilities while maximizing availability to support inbound call volume. Establishes effective partnerships and processes with teams to improve customer support. Conducts timely performance reviews of direct reports and ensures environment of timely coaching and feedback exists from leadership with Technical Support to Technical Support Representatives. Should be able to understand the technology and technical discussions and contribute towards resolution and planning.

Notwithstanding any guidelines given to years of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
