Service Delivery Change Manager - Part Time - 20 hours Eindhoven.
For our client we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with experience preferably working for Telecommunication Carriers.
Main tasks will include Managing Project elements as part of a larger project or Program to meet business objectives.
Coordination between the client and its customers within a Move, Add, Change and Delete capacity relating to the Clients Services provided.
Build and execute a plan for a knowledge database to be used during life cycle changes.
Provide Status and MACD planning in meetings with 3rd party vendors, Customers, etc.
Tracking, monitoring, planning, and organising work within MACD, as well as coordinating with Project Implementation Managers to ensure successful deployment in a timely and cost effective manner.
English speaking with Dutch language skills preferred.
Higher Education/Degree.
Flexible work mentality.
Six Sigma or similar industry certification.
Telecommunication background preferred.
