The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment in Brussels as follows:
The client is seeking a Quality Manager - Bid Manager - Senior PMO Officer with a strong focus on management of IT, strategy and organisation, project management and delivery of services, processes and methodology.
Expertise:
. broad IT background
. Bid Management
. Define, implement and maintain the standards of project management including software development methodologies, specification processes and testing processes
. Define a Quality Management System
. Define a continuing plan of improvement
. Evaluate projects for compliance with standards and project methodologies
. Development of project status reports for different levels of management (to facilitate strategic decision making)
. Train Programme Managers and Project Leaders
. Communicate to different target levels - eg. Business, Management, Operational Teams, Technical Experts
. Be results-orientated focusing on delivering quality
. Keen to share knowledge and experience
. Ability to promote best internal practices
Must be able to communicate in Dutch, French and English
