SAP HR Training & Support Manager - Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

We are looking for a Training & Support Manager (SAP HR Implementation) to join our client in Aberdeen on a Fixed Term basis for 1 year. The SAP HR Training and Support Manager will ensure the project meets its objectives on time and on budget. This role will focus on the development of a global training solution that encompasses business processes, technology, roles and organisation elements, as well as the adaptation to local training needs. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing a training strategy and plan in alignment with a change management strategy that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
