Quality Manager / Bid Manager

Description

Proteus Europe are currently looking for an Experienced Quality Manager/Bid Manager/PMO Officer for one of our clients based in Belgium

Must be able to communicate in Dutch, French and English

The right candidate would bring with them a strong focus on the management of Office IT, strategy and organization, project management and delivery of services, processes, methodology.

* Offer Management & Request for Proposal

* Define, implement and maintain the standards of project management (including software development methodologies, the specification process, the testing process)

* Definition of a Quality Management System

* Definition of a continuous improvement plan

* Evaluation of projects for compliance with standards and project methodologies

* Development of project status reports for different levels of management (in order to facilitate strategic decision-making)

* Coaching the Program Managers and Project Leaders

Implement a vision Managing change being results oriented, share knowledge Convincing others.
