Proteus Europe are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant for one of our clients based in Spain.Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
5-7 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of ITSM solution on ServiceNow/ BMC Remedy platform in medium to large organization
Roles and responsibility:
o Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
o Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area, 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
o ServiceNow custom application design and development experience
o Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
o Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
o Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
o Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
o Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
o Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
o Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
ServiceNow / BMC Remedy Development Experience
